Nathalie Palladitcheff is a French business executive and the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, which owns $60 billion in real estate assets.

Education

Nathalie Palladitcheff graduated from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Dijon (ESC Dijon). Palladitcheff pursued her education from 1988 to 1991, holding a Diplôme d’Études Supérieures Comptables et Financières (DESCF), as well as a Diplôme d’Études Financières et Comptables (DECF).

Career

Nathalie Palladitcheff entered a career in real estate after completing her formal education. From February 2000 to 2003, Palladitcheff was the Financial Director of SFL (Société Foncière Lyonnaise), a real estate investment and management company based in France. She was promoted to General Assistant Manager and remained in this position until 2006. In May of 2006, Palladitcheff moved to Dolmea Immobilier as General Manager for one year, before being hired by Icade, a public commercial and residential real estate investment and development company. Joining as a member of the Executive Committee in charge of Finance, Legal Affairs and Information Technology, Palladitcheff was later appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer. After her career in finance with Coopers & Lybrand Audit and Banque Française Commerciale, based in the Indian Ocean, Palladitcheff worked in various areas of real estate investment, development, and services. Since 2019, Nathalie Palladitcheff has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ivanhoé Cambridge. With more than 20 years of experience in international commercial real estate, Palladitcheff is now responsible for ensuring the Company’s growth and evolution, as well as an optimal long-term return on Quebecers’ assets. Palladitcheff is in charge of developing and executing Ivanhoe Cambridge’s global strategy and ensuring that the Company is well aligned and positioned to invest globally with conviction. She leads the strategic planning process, ensuring that portfolio construction is carried out in an optimal and balanced manner to generate sustainable performance.

Achievement

Nathalie Palladitcheff is the first female Chief Executive Officer of Ivanhoé Cambridge. In 2012, she was made a Chevalier of France’s Ordre National du Mérite, and in 2019 she received CREW’s Distinguished Leaders Award for her outstanding contribution to the advancement of women in the real estate industry. Palladitcheff has led a number of fundraising campaigns for philanthropic causes that benefit Quebec communities. Currently, she is the Chair of FREY’s Mission Committee and sits on the board of directors of REALPAC, of which she was appointed Vice-Chair in 2020. She supports the work of the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation and sits on its board of directors.
