Eric Boles is the CEO and Founder of The Game Changers, Inc., a leadership development firm based in Lakewood, Washington. He is an internationally recognized authority in the fields of leadership, talent development, organizational culture change, and peak performance. Using his past experience as an NFL wide receiver and his knowledge from years in consulting high profile businesses and agencies, he helps organizations of all types improve how they lead, work together, and grow their culture. Early life

Eric Boles played college football at Central Washington University, where he stood out as a wide receiver from 1988 to 1991. By the end of his college career, he had earned over 1,300 receiving yards and scored 11 touchdowns. His skill and hard work earned him All-League honors and a chance to play professionally. In 1992, Boles was drafted by the NFL’s New York Jets. He later played for the Green Bay Packers.

Career

After retiring from the NFL, Eric Boles turned his focus to business, entering the specialized field of leadership consulting. In 2010, he started The Game Changers, Inc., a company that offers corporate coaching and organizational training programs to help teams and leaders perform at their best. In the years since founding The Game Changers Inc., Eric Boles has devised and led countless workshops, learning modules, and seminars. He also speaks at conferences and events held around the world.

As a keynote speaker, Boles shares real-world stories taken from his own life and experience, as well as leadership tools specifically designed to help people manage change, improve team performance, and build strong company cultures.
