Ricard started at iA Financial Group in 1985, beginning as an actuarial analyst. From there, Ricard was promoted numerous times, holding the titles of Trainer and Analyst, Information Technology; Director, Corporate Actuarial Services; Assistant Vice President, Marketing, Individual Insurance and Annuities; Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary; Executive Vice President, Individual Insurance and Annuities; and Chief Operating Officer. In September 2018, Ricard was named President and Chief Operating Officer of iA Financial Group.
