After graduating from high school, he enrolled in Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 1978. Career

Upon completing his education, Garroni moved to Los Angeles to launch his career as a movie producer. In 1980, he released the internationally acclaimed horror film Maniac. This debut success led him to produce over 30 erotic thrillers throughout the 1980s and late 1990s.

While working as a producer, Garroni simultaneously held leadership roles for companies in various industries, including entertainment, technology, finance, real estate, and online marketing. In 1998, he co-founded Master Licensing Inc., where he oversaw film development, production, and distribution. He later expanded his focus to digital media, early social networking ventures, and online publishing, helping to shape strategies in new tech environments.

Throughout the years, Garroni has also been active in investment and advisory roles in sectors such as real estate, oil and gas, and new media technology. Since 2016, he has led Eureka Multimedia, a firm specializing in digital marketing, brand development, and customer engagement.
