Zak Longo is a Canadian-born entrepreneur and investor based in Miami, Florida. His work focuses on building and scaling brands in media, consumer products, and technology. Throughout the years, he has founded and supported companies that reach millions of people globally.
Longo is known for his focus on long-term growth, strategic positioning, and creating brands that resonate with modern consumers. His approach blends content, commerce, and technology to build businesses designed for scale.
Zak Longo was born in Toronto, Ontario, on February 24, 1989. At 18 years old, he left Canada and moved to the United States. He lived in New York City for three years until age 21, when he moved to Los Angeles. He later moved to London, England, in 2022, and stayed there for three years before eventually settling in Miami.
Shortly after his move to Los Angeles in 2019, Longo founded a gaming media company called Gamelancer. The brand quickly gained billions of followers on social media. He spent three years building the company until it was acquired and taken public. This experience influenced his approach to audience growth, content strategy, and long-term business value.
Following that success, he founded Sugo Sunday Inc., a production company built for the social media era. The company focused on creating platform-native content on YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat, and scaled to generate over $100 million in revenue.
In 2022, Longo founded Travly, where he currently holds the title of CEO. With his leadership, Travly became one of the biggest travel networks on social media, reaching billions of followers monthly. The company later grew into a hotel booking app, combining travel content with direct booking functionality.
Aside from his work in Travly, Longo is involved in various consumer and lifestyle ventures. He is a partner in Prince Street Pizza, which is growing in North America and Europe. He’s also involved with Andrea’s Cookies, a growing brand with a strong presence in Toronto and expansion plans underway. He founded Le Padel, a luxury sportswear clothing brand, and Gummly, a health and wellness company that sells functional products and premium oral care.
Beyond his operating roles, Longo is an active investor. He is a board member and investor in Plan A Day, and has invested in companies in wellness, consumer goods, and technology, including Myodetox, Apothekary, and Sesh. His portfolio also includes involvement in larger ventures such as XAI and Tyson 2.0.
In his personal life, Longo is a dedicated husband. He married his wife, Chloe Rogers, in September 2024.
