In 2016, through Orlando Corporation, Fidani initiated a gift-matching program which would see the company donate up to $15 million to the William Osler Health System’s three hospital sites in the Toronto area. This initiative aimed to support the vital work being done at these hospitals and help provide quality healthcare to the community.

In September 2022, the Orlando Corporation made a historic contribution of $75 million to the Scarborough Health Network (SHN). Of that amount, $50 million was directed towards Birchmount Hospital, which is part of the SHN, to address mental health and other pressing needs.
